Log into the online portal


Click STATUS and then VOICEMAIL MESSAGES



On this page you can click the speaker icon to listen to the messages


If you click the telephone icon and you have 'voicemail to email' setup it will show you an overview of the message sent like below



If there was a response from your mail server it will show in the end columns


All voicemails will arrive from the mailbox 'voicemail@jibbajabba.uk.com' so if it says sent with no errors then check with your email provider or in your mailbox spam for the emails and we would also recommend to whitelist the voicemail@ email address in your email settings too.
