Communicator app not recognising key press for menu's - Desktop version DTMF issues Print

If you make the call from the softphone

When on the call hit the little finger/key stroke icon top right

a second window should open

Click 'Stope remote DTMF'

Now press the dialpad to expand and press the option

This should hopefully resolve your issue for this number and others witha similar problem.
