Unable to view both screens when logged into the cloud.

First of all this is quite a common issue and is easily fixed. If when you log in to your cloud session and are unable to see the view on both your screens then you will just need to implenent this quick fix.
Right click on your Cloud icon on your desktop. It will look similar to the one below.
Once you have right clicked you will see a new menu. Click 'EDIT'
Click the 'Display' tab
'tick' the box Use all my monitors for remote session
Click the 'General' tab
click 'save' and connect as normal
